    Gua sha helps

There are too many conflicting opinions about gua sha and how to do it correctly and incorrectly. I'm specifically trying to combat aging, activate my facial muscles to prevent wrinkles, etc.
I've been doing gua sha for many years and have definitely seen improvements in terms of reducing facial puffiness, although I've also started eating a much healthier diet.

I've been practicing gua sha for quite some time now, and I can say that the most noticeable effect for me is the reduction in puffiness and the overall improvement in the appearance of my face after the massage.
Contours appear more defined, especially after stressful days, lack of sleep, or an excess of salt in the diet.
